White chocolate and raspberry tart

White chocolate and raspberry tart 

Ingredients:

2 cups of raspberry
1 cup of Double Cream
2 cups of Grated white chocolate
1 egg
2 tablespoon of milk
½ cup of butter
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder

Put the flour and cocoa powder, and mix it with the Electric bat on a medium speed
Add butter and keep in blending, add milk and egg and keep in blending for 2 min, take the paste and put it in the fridge for 1 hour
Heat the oven on 180°
Butter the baking mold with butter and cover it with the paste, make some holes with the Fork, put it in the oven for 15 min till its color become golden, then let it cool.
In the same time, boil the double cream on a low heat, remove it from fire and add the white chocolate  and keep in flipping till it’s cold
Cut the raspberry and put it in the tart then pour the chocolate mixture, let it cool
