French soufflé





Ingredients:

1 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons of Chocolate Powder
Salt
1 + ¼ of milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
4 eggs
3 tablespoon of cream
3 tablespoons of flour 

Turn on the oven on 450°
Heat the milk and sugar and chocolate in a double bottom pot, add salt and vanilla and mix it gently
Add the eggs and blend everything with an electric whisk for 2 min, add the flour to the mixture
Put the mixture in the soufflé cups, put it in the oven and keep watching them till it’s ready 

Ready to serve!! Enjoy!
