Healthy chicken recipes
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 Chicken breast fillets
2 Minced garlic
½ cup of Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Mix the olive oil, garlic, parsley, hot sauce, salt
and pepper then add the chicken breast and mix, let it in the fridge for at
least 30min
In a Pan put 1 teaspoon of oil and heat it
on medium, put the chicken in the pan and cook it on each side for 3 min till
it gets the golden color
Heat the oven on 180°, after you cook the chicken cover
the pan with Aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 50 min,
remove it from the oven
You can serve it with green salad
