Seafood soup





Ingredients:

1 cup of squid
1 cup of Small and peeled shrimp
1 cup of milk
1 cup of Shellfish
¼ cup of Minced onion
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of chopped leek
2 tablespoon of Flour
6 cups of Fish broth
½ cup of minced celery
2 Potatoes chopped into pieces
1 kg of filet mignon chopped into pieces
Salt and White pepper

Heat the butter in a pot on a medium heat; add onion, leek and celery keep flipping for 5 min, add flour and keep flipping for 2 min, add the fish broth and keep flipping, add potatoes, the seafood, salt and paper  and let it cook for 15min. add milk to the mixture and let it for 2min.

Ready to serve! Enjoy!!
