Chicken with vegetables recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
0.50 teaspoon of Marjoram
1 chicken
0.50 teaspoon of dried sage
2 cups of hot chicken broth
4 potatoes
2 Carrots
2 Green onions
1 onion
Heat the oven on medium
Cut the chicken in to 8 pieces, and wash it
Put the chicken in the oven tray, cut the onion and add
it to the tray
Cut the green onions, and add ¾ of it to the tray
Cut the potatoes and carrots and add it to the tray
Add salt, pepper, Marjoram, dried sage mix all and add the chicken broth
Cover the tray with the aluminum foil and put it in the
oven for 60min, take off the aluminum foil and let it in the oven for 20min
Take it off and add the rest of the green onions
