Chinese szechuan soup
Ingredients:
Chinese spaghetti
1 teaspoon of vinegar
4 cups of Chicken broth
1 cup of minced Chicken
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 cup of water
1 egg
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
2 green onions
Chinese mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Put the Chinese mushrooms in hot water and let it for 30min, cut
it.
Put the Chinese spaghetti in cold water, cut it.
Heat the chicken broth and add to it mushroom,
spaghetti, chicken and ginger and let it on low heat
Mix the egg and add it to the soup after
its cooked turn off the fire and add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, green
onion, salt and pepper
Enjoy your soup..
