Grilled shrimp
Ingredients:
4 chopped celery
0.25 cup of chopped dill
1 teaspoon of cumin
0.50 cup of lemon juice
2 kg of large unpeeled shrimp
Hot pepper
2 chopped lemons
2 chopped tomatoes
4 garlic
2 chopped onions
0.50 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt
Cut the garlic and the hot pepper, wash the shrimp and
add to it salt, black pepper, cumin and lemon juice
Put onion in a tray, put celery and dill on top of the
onions
Put the shrimp on the barbecue wood sticks and put in
on top of the dill, add garlic and the hot pepper then cover it with tomatoes
and lemon
Heat the oven on 220°. Cover the tray with the aluminum
foil and put the tray in the oven for 15min then remove the aluminum foil and
let it for 10min
