Lemon Pie


Lemon Pie

Ingredients:

 50 gram of brown sugar
150 gram of melted butter
1 teaspoon of ginger
300 gram of Biscuit
2 Lemon zest
8 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of gelatin dissolves in 2 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Condensed milk
600 millimeter of Whipped Cream
100 gram of Dark chocolate
100 gram of butter

Put the biscuit in the blender till it became a powder; mix it with butter, brown sugar and ginger
 Put the mixture in the pot and put it in the fridge for 30min
Blend the whipped cream, the condensed milk and vanilla for 10 min, add lemon juice and blend for another minute then add lemon zest and gelatin
Pour the mixture in the pot on top of the biscuit, and put it in the fridge at least for 6 hours.
Take some butter and melt it with the dark chocolate and put it on top of your pie
