Ingredients:
1 cup of Grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of Basil
2 tomatoes
½ kg spinach
Lasagna
½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Wash the spinach leaves and dried it well, and cut it.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet on medium heat, add
spinach and flip it for 3 to 5 min, remove it from fire and let it cool. Pour
the spinach in a bowl and add to it ½ teaspoon of
salt and ½ cup of ricotta cheese then mix it
Cut the tomatoes to very small pieces
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the same skillet, add
tomatoes and flip it for 4 min till it becomes a thick sauce. Remove it from
fire and add to it basil and ½ teaspoon of salt and mix it
Climb the lasagna in Boiling water mixed with
some salt, and be careful to overcook it
Heat the oven on medium
Put one third of the lasagna in a medium Tray and
add ½ of the spinach mixture till it cover the lasagna add ½ of the ricotta
cheese then cover it with ½ of the lasagna then add the other half of the
spinach mixture and add the other half of ricotta cheese then cover it with
lasagna and add the tomatoes mixture and cover it with cheddar cheese
Let it in the oven for 20 min
Ready to serve!! Enjoy
