Potato and carrot Soup with cream






Ingredients:

1 cup of cream
3 cups of water
3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
3 Chopped potatoes
3 chopped carrots
1 chopped onions
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of butter
Black pepper and salt

Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, Fry onions in oil and butter then add sugar and keep Flipping till it become golden.
Add potatoes and carrots and keep flipping for 5min, add water, salt and paper and cover it till the vegetables are cooked.
Whisk the mixture in the Blender Put the mixture on fire, then add the cream and keep flipping for 2min 

Ready to serve!
