Shrimp with Chinese Sauce





Ingredients:

½ Tablespoon of Soy sauce
½ teaspoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 cloves of mashed Garlic3 Green onions
1kg of Clip and peeled shrimp
2 tablespoon of Olive oil
Salt
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon of water 


Soak the shrimp in garlic and ketchup, sugar and fish sauce and soy sauce and water.
Heat oil in a Wide frying pan on high heat. Add to it the shrimp and let it till it’s well cooked
Add the Marinade of the shrimp, the salt and the green onions. Let on fire for 10 minutes.

Ready to serve!
