Fish with nuts and sumac

 Fish with nuts and sumac


Ingredients:


White pepper and salt

1 teaspoon of Curcuma

4 tablespoons of lemon juice

30 gram of nuts

4 chopped garlic

4 divided large fish fillet

5 tablespoons of sumac

Olive oil



Mix nuts with garlic and add 4 tablespoons of sumac to it
Oil each fish fillet with olive oil then with lemon juice, then with salt and pepper on each side.

Put on the fish curcuma, sumac and nuts in both sides cover it with aluminum foil and put in the oven on 180° for 30 min

Remove the aluminum foil and serve it
